1. All sales are final. We strictly do not accept product exchange or refund, unless mistake is clearly from our end.
2. All prices stated are final and excluding postage fee, unless otherwise stated. Delivery fee shall vary accordingly.
3. Stocks are sold on a 'first come first served' basis.
4. Kindly SMS us for faster bookings/reservations. Please provide your name, full address, contact number, item name and price (as per listing).
5. Total price including postage fee shall be established, followed by account details to proceed.
6. All orders will only be processed upon payment confirmation. Please send an SMS or email to notify us (together with proof of payment).
7. As some stocks are limited, payment should be made within 48 hours (grace period). Otherwise, any bookings or reservation will be cancelled and item will be re-listed without further notice.
8. Self pick-up is available and payment can be made COD. Location: Setiawangsa, KL.

10. All items were 100% inspected and will be cleaned prior to delivery but please expect some wear & tear as these products are pre-loved (used).
11. All items are carefully and safely packed. Thus we cannot be held responsible for any damages and loss during transition and delivery.
12. Do expect and consider delays. We do not entertain very fussy buyers.
